Rejected Orders

 

Orders placed or agreed to but then declined or rejected by a Vendor and or Customer, will be subjected to pay half (50%) of the final order amount for labour and Supplies.

Thirty Day Accounts​

Effectively Immediately,

All thirty-day accounts should be paid by the 5th of every month. Failure to do so, without explanation, will result in a 1.5% late fee charge applied to the next month's statement. Payments can be made via online banking to HSBC: 002-212645-014. Please allow two - three business days for payment to show on statement & account. ​

Credited Orders

Any order that is accepted but then decided to be credited will be subjected to half (50%) of the credit amount for Labor & Supplies. Outdated cookies will be credited on the 15th of each month.

 

 

Purchase Order Allowance ​

Sugar & Spice, accepts Purchase Orders. All purchase orders, should be submitted to sugarandspicehomebakerybda@gmail.com and you will receive a response from us within 24hrs. With the submission of the purchase order, it should be a letter from the Department Supervisor, Team Leader, Manager etc, with approval for this Purchase Order. The letter needs to be on company letter head, with the managements full name, email address, address of company, office & mobile number. This letter should have a signature in hand written form, not electronic. Any supporting letter, that is submitted with a electronic signature will be declined. Purchase Orders have a allowance of $1,000.00 but can be increased with the approval from Sugar & Spice Account's Department. Purchase Orders have the allowance of sixty day.

 

Bottle Deposit 

 

Any customer that requires their cookies to be put into a Sugar & Spice plastic bottle, should understand that they will have a $15.00 charge per bottle, until they are returned back to Sugar & Spice Home Bakery. The deposit will be given back, once the bottles are returned as we gave them. Damaged bottle, will not have their deposit returned. ​

Unfortunately, the result in this is because customers are not returning the bottles back to us.
